Held the second Thursday of the month at 6:00pm at the Council Office in Modesto, CA, or Zoom when indicated.

This includes Lathrop, Manteca, Ripon, Modesto, Salida, Riverbank, Oakdale and Escalon. Project approvals and Eagle boards are scheduled through Daryl Toepfer.
